BABY NINJAS 

(4-6 YEARS)

Our Baby Ninja classes are fun, physically active, energetic sessions designed to help your child learn and adapt new life skills. Teaching young children to pay attention and focus, whilst having fun learning safety skills, socialising and making new friends, our programme uses the ethos of martial arts to encourage and teach children teamwork, personal achievement, personal safety, discipline, good behaviour and manners needed to succeed in life. All designed to develop and enhance your child's:

LITTLE NINJAS 

(7-12 YEARS)

Our Little Ninja classes provide an in-depth, level-based program that teaches children to take advantage of the natural way their bodies move and react, while instilling in them important, life-building skills necessary to successfully navigate one’s way through today’s fast-paced world. In Addition to offering a great base for self-defence, kids at Kenshin are taught many additional and important life building skills, including:
  • Help shyness or intimidation involved with group activities
  • How to work well with others
  • How to have confidence in yourself
  • Respecting others
  • Developing humility
  • Being attentive and aware
  • Reward for personal achievement
  • Showing compassion for others

TEENS & ADULTS 

(13+ YEARS)

These classes give you a great workout in which in you will have fun, make new friends and relieve stress. Come for the weight you will lose and the confidence you will gain! New students will surpass their goals and learn effective striking techniques

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our 45-minute personal training sessions held at our gym in Morley are an excellent way to advance your martial arts skills to a high standard. Private lessons will allow you to focus on any aspect you choose, whether it be preparing for an upcoming grading, sparring or just general fitness. Having the undivided attention of a coach for a set amount of time means your technique can be looked at carefully and any issues can be worked on. 

At Kenshin, we also know that the thought of joining regular classes straight away can be nerve-wracking, so a personal lesson can be a fantastic way to start.
